1) Introduction


The company DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL takes into serious consideration the privacy of the user and is committed to compliance with the same. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the personal data processing activities made by DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL through the website https://www.disline.it/ and the related commitments made by the company DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL may process personal data of the user when he visits the site and uses the services and features on the site. In the sections of the site where the personal data of the user are collected is normally published a specific policy pursuant to art. 13 / 14 of EU Reg. 2016/679. Where required by Reg. EU 2016/679, the consent of the user will be required before proceeding with the processing of your personal data. 3) Type of data processed
The visit and consultation of the Site do not usually involve the collection and processing of personal data of the user except for navigation data and cookies. In addition to the so-called “navigation data”, personal data voluntarily provided by the user when they interact with the functionality of the Site or asks to use the services offered on the Site may be subject to processing as well. In compliance with GDPR 2016/679, DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL may also collect the personal data of the user from third parties in the course of its activity.

DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL may process the common and sensitive personal data of the user for the following purposes: usage by users of services and features on the Site, management of requests and reports by its users, sending newsletters, managing applications received through the Site, etc. In addition, with the additional and specific optional consent of the user, DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL may process the data personal for marketing purposes, namely to send the user promotional material and/ or commercial communications relating to the services of the Company, at the addresses indicated, either through traditional methods and/or means of contact (such as, paper mail, phone calls with operator, etc.) that automated (such as, internet communications, fax, e-mail, sms, applications for smartphones and tablets -cd. Personal data are processed both in paper and electronic form and entered into the company information system in full compliance with EU Reg 2016/679, including safety profiles and confidentiality, and are based on the principles of fairness and lawfulness of processing. In accordance with EU Reg 2016/679 data are kept and preserved according to the terms of law.


6) Security and quality of personal data


DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL undertakes to protect the security of personal data of the user and complies with the provisions in the field of security provided for by the applicable legislation in order to avoid data loss, illegal or illicit use of data and unauthorized access to the same, with particular reference to current legislation. In addition, information systems and computer programs used by DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL are configured to minimize the use of personal and identifying data; such data are processed only for the achievement of specific purposes from time to time pursued. DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL uses multiple advanced security technologies and procedures to facilitate the protection of personal data of users; for example, personal data are stored on secure servers located in places protected and controlled access. The user can help DIS.LINE ENGINEERING SRL to update and maintain correct personal data by communicating any change to address, status, information contact, etc.


7) Scope of communication and data access


The personal data of the user may be communicated to:
• all persons to whom the right of access to such data is recognized by legislative measures;
• to our contractors, employees, as part of their duties;

8) Nature of personal data provision


The provision of certain personal data by the user is mandatory to allow the Company to manage the communications, requests received by the user or to contact the user to respond to his request. This type of data are marked with the asterisk symbol [*] and in this case the provision is mandatory to allow the Company to comply with the request that, in default, cannot be evaded. On the contrary, the collection of other data not marked with an asterisk is optional: failure to provide will not result in any consequence for the user.
The provision of personal data by the user for marketing purposes, as specified in the section “Purposes and methods of data processing” is facultative and the refusal to grant them will have no consequence. The consent given to marketing purposes is intended to be extended to the sending of communications made through methods and/ or means of contact both automated and traditional, as exemplified above.

The interested party may also lodge a complaint with a control authority.
  • OBLIGATION OR NOT TO PROVIDE DATA: we inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (reported by an asterisk) and the failure to provide mandatory data involves the NOT sending of the form.
